01

One series name is not a complete specification

A housing, bearing and seal work as an assembly. Confirm the exact bearing reference, housing seat, tube fit, shaft dimensions and sealing arrangement against the drawing.

02

Keep the two reference tables separate

The TK housing table lists bearing references 6203–6312, while the TK seal table lists 6204–6310. These are separate reference ranges and must not be merged. For TK-II the listed reference is 6204–6308 in both tables, but dimensions still need confirmation.

03

Check the seal structure as well as the bearing

The seal reference lists 5 components for TK, 2 for TK-II and 6 for both TF and DT-II. A component count does not establish interchangeability or a dust/water protection rating. The TF seal entry does not provide a housing dimension table.

04

Confirm before placing the order

Use the revised housing and housing/bearing manuals together with your drawing. Confirm steel grade, housing thickness, tolerances and the supplied seal configuration. The matched housing table uses 2–5 mm thickness; an available range is not a promise for every model.
